PAMA's mandate is to provide education and timely information on items related to the Strata Management field. Elwood has been a successful Realtor with an agency designation, qualified to offer strata management, rental property management and trading in real estate. He has a wealth of experience in working with people through Rotary(Chairman twice), Past Director of the Canadian Hard of Hearing Association of BC, Past Chairperson of Winter Festivities in the Okanagan and training in Conflict Resolution - Third Party Neutral.
